Stuart C. Axilbund was born in 1965. He is a graduate of Vassar College (B.A., cum laude 1987) and the University of Maryland Law School (J.D. with honors 1990).

At the University of Maryland, Mr. Axilbund was an associate editor of the Maryland Journal of International Law and Trade.
